Shipping Locations We currently ship within the UK and to select international destinations. Please see the list of countries we ship to on our checkout page.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Custom or personalised invitations may require an additional 5-7 business days for processing.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: £5.99 flat rate within the UK.
- Express Shipping: £9.99 flat rate within the UK.
- International Shipping: £19.99 flat rate

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Tracking Information Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Shipping Carriers We use Royal Mail 1st class signed for domestic shipping and Royal Mail international tracked for international shipping.
Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Customs and Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes that may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. For lost packages, please reach out to us for assistance.
Return Shipping As all of our products are custom made we do not accept returns.
Digital Downloads Digital downloads do not incur shipping charges. For personalised digital orders they will be emailed to you within 48 hours of confirming personalisation choices.
